BUFFALO CHICKEN CALZONE

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Sandwich Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Chicken, cooked, diced
  • 1/4 cup Celery, medium dice
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 12 oz. Pizza crust, 12 inches
  • 1 each Egg
  • 1 tbsp. Water
  • 1/4 cup Blue cheese dressing, prepared

Directions:

  • 1. In a small bowl, whisk until combined.
  • 2. Combine with sauce.<br>
  • 3. To assemble calzone, portion filling in center of dough. Fold outer edge of dough over Buffalo filling, forming a half moon. Seal edges with a fork.
  • 4. Whisk egg with water. Brush over calzone.
  • 5. Bake in preheated 375°F convection oven for 12 to15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Serve with dressing.
