  • 1 1/2 cups Prepared hollandaise sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Cumin
  • 3 tbsp. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, divided
  • 6 oz. Softened butter
  • 24 each Eggs
  • 24 each English muffins
  • 24 each Tasso ham slices


  • 3. For each serving poach 2 eggs. Toast 2 English muffin halves and grill 2 slices of ham. Spread each muffin halve with 1/2 tsp. butter, top with slice of ham and poached egg. Spoon 1 tbsp. hollandaise over each egg.
  • Combine hollandaise sauce, cumin and 2 tbsp. RedHot, hold hot in a thermos for service.<br>
  • 2. Combine butter and 1 tbsp. RedHot. Refrigerate until needed.
