  • 2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup Capers, minced
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil
  • 12 each Frozen Catfish fillets, coated in cornmeal seasoning, thawed*, 6 oz.
  • 12 each Hoagie rolls, split
  • 1 1/2 qt. Cole slaw, prepared


  • 1. Combine ingredients until blended. Cover and refrigerate until service.
  • 2. To prepare each sandwich, heat oil in large heavy skillet or in deep-fat fryer until hot. Fry fillet until golden and fish flakes, about 10 minutes, turning if necessary. Drain on paper towels.<br>
  • 3. Spread 2 tablespoons sauce mixture on each cut-side of roll. Top bottom-half of roll with fillet, 1/2 cup cole slaw and top of roll.
