  • 1 lb. Smoked beef brisket, chopped
  • 1 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Gold Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 24 each Texas Toast slices, garlic flavor, thawed
  • 24 each Cheddar-Jack cheese slices


  • 2. To prepare each sandwich, top 1 piece Texas Toast with 1 slice cheese, about 1/3 cup beef mixture, 1 slice cheese and another piece Texas Toast. <br>3. Grill sandwich on hot griddle until warmed through and cheese melts.
  • 1. Combine brisket, BBQ sauce, and RedHot sauce until well blended. Keep warm or cover and refrigerate until service.
