Ingredients:

  • 10 lbs. Sausage links, 4 oz pieces <br>(bratwurst, knockwurst or bierwurst)
  • 1/2 gal. Dark ale
  • as needed FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

Directions:

  • 1. Grill sausage on char-grill until half cooked.
  • 2. Place in a pot. Cover with dark ale and simmer over very low heat for about 1 hour. Let rest in ale until service
  • 3. Serve with Sweet & Sour Cabbage, Hot Potato Salad, and a side of mustard.
