Servings: 12 inch pizza

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. Pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Carolina Tangy Gold Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 oz. Thinly sliced ham, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/2 each Green pepper, sliced

Directions:

  • 1. Spread BBQ sauce over dough and top with 1/2 cup mozzarella, ham, pineapple, peppers and remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella. Bake until crust is crisp and cheese has melted. Cut into sixths and serve.
