BBQ CRAB AND SHRIMP NACHOS

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 oz. Olive oil
  • 3/4 lb. Shrimp, PCD, salad size
  • 1/2 lb. Claw crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
  • 10 oz. Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Gold® Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 tsp. Cumin, ground
  • as needed Tortilla chips
  • 4 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Directions:

  • 1. Heat butter and oil in heavy-bottom pan over medium-high heat. Sauté shrimp until pink and crab until heated through. Remove from heat. Allow to cool.
  • 2. Add sour cream, barbecue sauce and cumin; mix well. Season to taste.
  • 3. Portion seafood mixture onto chips. Top with cheese. Broil or place in hot oven until cheese is melted. Serve with Spicy Salsa.
