  • 3/4 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 1/2 tsp. Cumin
  • 12 lbs. Steamer clams, cleaned
  • 4 1/2 cups Beer or pale ale
  • 6 each Sliced garlic cloves
  • 3/4 cup Unsalted butter


  • 1.  Combine FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, juice of 1/2 lime, and cumin to make Lime Hot Sauce.
  • 2.  For each serving place 1 lb. steamers clams in large pot. Stir in 3 oz. beer, 1 tbsp. Lime Hot Sauce , 1/2 tbsp. sliced garlic and 1 tbsp. butter. Bring to a boil.Cover pot. Cook until clams open.
