  • 3 each Corn ears
  • as needed Olive oil
  • 3 each Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 each Red onion, small, diced
  • 2 each Red bell peppers, roasted, diced
  • 3 each Avocados, diced
  • 1/2 cup Black olives, sliced
  • Dressing
  • 3 oz. Olive oil
  • 3 oz. Lime juice
  • 2 oz. Red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp. Chili powder
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper


  • 1. Roast corn in oven until tender and remove from cob.
  • 4. Make a dressing with all other items. Add to bowl. Toss lightly. Serve with grilled foods.
  • 2. Sauté garlic and onion in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • 3. In a bowl, add peppers, avocado, olives, roasted corn, and sautéed onion and garlic.
