  • 3 cups Slaw mix
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Minced ginger
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • to taste Salt
  • 9 cups Pulled pork
  • 3 3/4 cups FRANK'S® RedHot® Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 36 each Slider buns, split
  • 36 each Pickled jalapeno slices


  • 1. To make the ginger slaw combine slaw mix, ginger, vinegar, mayonnaise and salt, refrigerate until needed.
  • 2. Combine pork and Sweet Chili sauce and hold warm or refrigerate and re-heat as needed. To serve toast 3 slider buns and fill each with 1/4 cup pork mixture and 2 tsp. slaw. Close buns and toothpick each with a jalapeno slice.
