  • 6 dozen Cleaned oysters
  • 1/3 cup Butter
  • 4 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups Finely chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups Finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Finely chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Chile 'n Lime™ Hot Sauce
  • 4.5 cups Fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp. Lime zest
  • 3 tbsp. Sliced scallion
  • 1 1/2 cups Melted butter


  • 1.   Shuck oysters and remove from shell and refrigerate. Save deep shell and liquid.
  • 2.   Melt butter and add garlic, onion, bell peppers and celery; saute until tender. Stir in reserved oyster liquid and Chile 'n Lime Hot Sauce. Cool completely.
  • 3. Blend in breadcrumbs, lime zest and scallion. Place 1 oyster into each shell and top each with 1 tbsp. breadcrumb mixture. Drizzle each with 1 tsp. melted butter.    
  • 4.   For each serving, bake 6 oysters in 400°F oven for 10 minutes.
